Casey's Tripoli Level 2 Rocket Pictures
Here are some pictures of my Tripoli Level 2 HPR certification
attempt.
It is a Giant Leap
Rocketry
Firestorm54.
It's name is 'High Blood Sugar' since I'm Diabetic. B)

Obligitory rocket pose. Nice gut!

Filling out the UROC flightcard
for my cert flight.

Installing the ignitor into the Pro38
J285.
Cesaroni products kick butt IMO. The hardware is cheap, they are
extremely reliable, they are as easy to use as single use rocket
motors.

Making sure the rocket is all together before flight. Another
nice gut shot.

Tired after looking for 2.5 hrs before finding my rocket.
The rocket went approx. 6000-7000 feet AGL (Above Ground Level)
but drifted 10,000-13,000 ft because of wind.
Thanks to Kent Spillman for his help!

Some family members in attendence for the historic event.

What family members do when they get bored... :)
Here is a link to my useless Motor Impulse
List (uMIL)

A favourite picture of the ignition of a SRB. Cool! It's not
everyday that you see a 14 ft smokering! B)
Go back.
